Here at UK Tents we offer our customers a 10 year spare part availability guarantee in case you need to replace any parts of your marquee in the future. Some of our accessories are on our website such as bungees and ground stakes which are easy to purchase as and when you need them. Other, larger spare parts such as poles, tarpaulin or connectors are also available but these are not on our website. We have a warehouse full of spare parts to help with any replacements needed for 10 years from original purchase.
We like to be here for our customers before, during and after the purchase of your marquee. We aim to be a ‘one stop shop’ and hope to provide all that is necessary for your marquee needs now and in the future. Any questions that you may have, we are also here for advice at any time.
Spare parts aren’t just there for when wear and tear or damages occur, some people choose to upgrade parts of their marquee. For example, if you originally purchased a PE grade marquee, you may want to upgrade your tarpaulin to a PVC stronger material. An upgrade on the roof and sides can also then help the pole structure to last longer.
Ordering spare parts is a pretty easy process. Abby our Customer Service Manager will help you throughout the process. Below is a step by step guide to ordering.
Step by step guide
- Take a look at your assembly instructions for your marquee and figure out exactly what number parts you need and what quantity of each
- Email Abby our Customer Service Manager (abby@uktents.com) what parts you need along with what marquee you own, your original order number and delivery postcode
- Once Abby has a list of parts you need she will speak with Paul our Logistics Manager to get a quote over to you
- If you are happy with the quote Abby will then ask accounts to send over an invoice
- As soon as you have paid the invoice drop Abby an email to confirm and she will start the delivery process
- Your parts should then be with you in the next few days
